Dermatology Dilemmas in the Oncology Patient
Our keynote presentation will be given by Dr. Omar Noor, Chief Resident in the Department of Dermatology at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He has co-authored several articles and presented at conferences on a variety of dermatologic topics including skin malignancies. He additionally developed "A Simple and Practical Approach to Dermoscopy" in managing pigmented lesions, and helped to create an iPhone application to assist dermatologists in the implementation of dermoscopy in clinical and academic practice.

This educational program is designed for healthcare professionals caring for patients that develop a variety of dermatologic rashes (physicians, nurses, social workers, pharmacists).
Continuing Nursing Education Credit
An application has been proposed for 1.5 contact hours.
This activity has been submitted to the Oncology Nursing Society for approval to award contact hours. ONS is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's COA.
